Analysis

The first step in SEO is to analyze the current situation of your website. We feel that this is the most critical step in SEO since the rest of the process is dependant on the accuracy of this analysis. Our in-depth analysis is based on three dimensions:

1. Technical Analysis – we perform a complete analysis of your site’s code, links and text to ensure that search engines will be able to read your site’s content. This process includes validation of your homepage HTML code and text. We also review your site’s links to identify any broken links or images.
2. Competitor Analysis – we analyze each keyword / phrase given by you against each competitor given by you to see how their website ranks in terms of those keywords / phrases. We then generate a comprehensive list of all the keywords / phrases that are being used by your competitors.
3. Keyword / Phrase Analysis – we check each keyword / phrase given by you (or those that are presently being used on your website) to analyze how they are presently ranked on various search engines.

Recommendation

Once the analysis is complete we are ready to make a recommendation on how to proceed with the SEO for your website. We look at each of the factors in the analysis and recommend a list of tasks – technical, key word, and search engine submissions - that we will undertake.

Implementation

The process of enhancing your website begins. We implement each of our recommendations starting with the technical enhancement – creation of Meta Tags based on the keywords / phrases recommended, Site Map creation, content modification, and image optimization.

Submission

After the site optimization process is completed we submit the website to the top search engines that have been recommended. This process is continuous and is carried out each month.

Reporting

Each month you will receive SEO reports. At the start of the project you will receive two reports – Analysis Report and Recommendation Report. Thereafter you will receive a three monthly reports (depending on the package selected) outlining the progress of your website:

1. Current Ranking Report – this gives you a good idea on a monthly basis how your website is benefiting and becoming more optimized through SEO
2. Submission Report – lists all the search engines and directories to which your website has been submitted
3. Link Report – gives you all new external inbound links from other websites and external outbound links to other websites

Review & Maintenance

Each month we internally review the reports and revise tactics to maintain and improve the positioning of your website. Our aim is to insure that your website does better each month and we take every step to further that process.

We analyze certain technical and structural components and make tactical changes to ensure that SEO is working for your website. This process is continuous and ongoing.
